A Day in the Life of a RD
I would have to be at the hospital around six and be prepared to work with patients aged anywhere from 13-93 years old of both sexes. I would need to look over their current nutritional state and try to find ways to improve it. To avoid being a hypocrite, I would enforce my "eat clean" attitude by also making healthy choices. Depending on their needs and goals, I would guide them in the right direction and make plans to get them there.
